The I-Phone Craze and 3 places to eat

Apple is launching its I-Phone. Steve Jobs, Apple’s visionary, predicted that I-Phone sales will probably hit the billion dollar mark due to international and US-based sales.

To hide its tekkie flaws, Apple will be giving away free applications to be used in the i-phone. Jobs say, this version of the i-phone is the progenitor of smart phones to  hit the world in the years to come.

I don’t know about that but let’s see what he has to offer.

All I know is that there’s a pretty good steak waiting for foodies out there at Le Souffle at the Rockwell Club. Yesterday, I ate their rib-eye steak and its wonderfully done. It’s truly fantastic.

If you want to indulge in sinful pleasure, try the lunch buffet at the Sofitel’s Spiral. All those tantalizing food would surely ease your worries on the food situation in Metro Manila.

And if you want local, try HarborView’s fantastic offerings of Filipino food. The French would love their oysters and escargo (read: “kuhol”). While the Americans surely will indulge themselves in fresh seafood, courtesy of the Manila Bay (yuck!). Hey, seriously, the resto did’nt fish those seafood there.

And there! If only Steve Job’s i-phone could be eaten…

So, treat yourself out this weekend.

By the way, if you want to have a great time with your family and exercise those vocal cords as well, try Red Box at Greenbelt 3. They have great food and great aesthetic sense in their room designs. Fully functional and truly within your budget.

I’ll be there tonight with my colleagues. Hope to bump with you there!
