Controversial ZTE whistle blower Jun Lozada urged Fertilizer scam engineer Joc-Joc Bolante to “tell the Truth“. Writing in his blog, Lozada asked Joc-Joc to “come clean.” He said that there’s still time for Joc-Joc Bolante to come forward and reveal whatever he knows about the scam.

Based on my analysis on the situation, should Bolante, indeed comes clean and reveal whatever he knows about the fertilizer scam, that could tilt the balance of struggle between those who want Gloria out before 2010 and those who don’t. 

Are we expecting another Chavit Singson in the mold of Bolante? Will we finally see the beginning of the end of this regime? As Jun said, only God knows.
