After a hiatus of about 3 months (?), Pinoy Observer is back. I will, again, sponsor this site’s self-hosting for the benefit of our compatriots here and abroad. Pinoy Observer will mostly be serving lifestyle and easy-to-read pieces, uplifting to the soul and a resource of the mind.
